In the 3rd phase of this transformative effort, 158 Next of Kin of innocent Kashmiri civilians, who tragically lost their lives to cross-border terrorism, were handed appointment letters. This step is not only a source of livelihood, but also a powerful gesture of recognition and healing for families who have endured decades of silent suffering.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha Ji for his visionary leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to justice.
