Nayi Subah – Nasha Se Azadi, Zindagi Ke Saath | 4th Event Held at GDC Pampore

Pulwama, October 15:
Continuing its mission to build a drug-free Pulwama, Save Youth Save Future successfully organized the 4th event of the “Nayi Subah – Nasha Se Azadi, Zindagi Ke Saath” campaign at Government Degree College Pampore, in collaboration with the District Administration Pulwama and the Social Welfare Department Pulwama.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and officials, fostering an environment of awareness and responsibility. The Chief Guest, Dr. Mukhtar Bhat, inspired everyone with his impactful words on the importance of collective action and youth participation in eradicating substance abuse.

District coordinator Pulwama Save Youth Save Future, Jasib Shabir, also addressed the audience, highlighting the power of youth in creating a positive change and steering society toward a drug-free future.

Speakers from the Health Department, sports and Social Welfare Department, along with young voices like Junaid, encouraged students to take a firm stand against drugs and contribute meaningfully to society.

A special rap performance by Rasik (MC Raa) on the theme of drug abuse added a creative and engaging touch to the program, deeply resonating with the youth.

The event also featured an interactive Q&A session, where students expressed their thoughts and queries, making the session both insightful and productive. A student voting activity was held to form a dedicated team to tackle drug-related issues within the college — an effort that also promoted voting awareness among students.

The event concluded with a pledge ceremony, where participants took an oath to work together for a Drug-Free Pulwama, reaffirming the spirit of Nayi Subah – Nasha Se Azadi, Zindagi Ke Saath.

Save Youth Save Future remains committed to expanding this campaign across more institutions, ensuring continuous awareness and collective action toward a healthy, addiction-free society.
