In the 3rd phase of this transformative effort, 158 Next of Kin of innocent Kashmiri civilians, who tragically lost their lives to cross-border terrorism, were handed appointment letters. This step is not only a source of livelihood, but also a powerful gesture of recognition and healing for families who have endured decades of silent suffering.
