“Save Youth Save Future” Foundation Collaborates with Baramulla Police for Successful SAMMUK Seminar in Narvaw
Baramulla, 19 March 2023 — The "Save Youth Save Future" Foundation, in partnership with Baramulla Police, organized a one-day seminar named SAMMUK at Zogiyar, Narvaw, Baramulla, aimed at strengthening the bond between the public, police, and civil administration.
The event was attended by several prominent dignitaries, including SSP Baramulla Shri Amod Ashok Nagpure (IPS), SYSF Chairman Mr. Wajahat Farooq Bhat, DSP Peerzada Aijaz Ahmed, SHO Sheeri Waseem Jahangir, and local representatives from diverse areas and communities.
The seminar covered a wide range of crucial topics such as police-public relations, drug abuse, youth empowerment, anti-corruption, government schemes for unemployed youth, women empowerment, and the role of civil society in building a crime-free, progressive society. Participants voiced their concerns on various public issues, which were assured prompt attention and resolution.
A musical performance by the Kohinoor Club Sheeri added a lively and entertaining element to the event, fostering community spirit among attendees.
SSP Baramulla Shri Amod Ashok Nagpure called upon both law enforcement and citizens to adopt a missionary zeal to combat drug abuse and other social evils. He also distributed sports kits to local youth and presented a cash reward of ₹10,000 to the Kohinoor band, recognizing their contribution.
The seminar concluded with heartfelt votes of thanks from both sides. Chairman Wajahat Farooq Bhat reiterated SYSF’s unwavering commitment to the welfare and empowerment of youth in Jammu and Kashmir and across the nation.
