Today on 27th of February 2023, "Save Youth Save Future" Foundation organised a day long Youth Parliament at Dak Banglow Baramulla. The event witnessed the overwhelming participation of people particularly youth from various fields of Life.
The Chief Guest of honour of the event was Mufti Tariq Ahmed Misbahi, Professor Tariq Ah. Chalkoo, Chairman "SYSF" Wajahat Farooq Bhat, District officer KVIB Mohd Shafi Chaoudary , PRI member Zia ul Islam, Young Entrepreneur from Baramulla Suhaib Ahmad, Educationist Zahid Gani Lone and other noted social Activists, acedimians and Awakaf Body members .
And the event was hosted & moderated by Anika Nazir [Women's Wing head "SYSF"] Who introduced the Audiences and guests to the main theme of the Event.
Speaking on the occasion, Mufti Tariq Ahmed Misbhai highlighted the significance of modern education along with religious education. He argued that we cannot imagine one without other. For better development and understanding, modern education along with Religious Education is essentiality of our time and we must strive for it. He also said that all religious focus on character building for a sustained national Progess with peace and equity.
District officer Khadi & village industries Board Mohd Shafi Chaoudary emphasized the significance of skill education in modern curriculum. He figure out the the key initiatives of District administration in eradicating unemployment . He further call upon youth to undertake self help initiatives & be employment providers & not seekers . He said District administration is committed to ensure skill cum technical education at a basic level.
Similarly, Eminent acedimians & Physicist, Prof. Tariq Ahmed Chalko explored the key aspects of new education policy via skill mission initiatives. He emphasized the role of skill and innovation in education. He further stressed upon youth to take innovation and tahnical education as key drivers in employment. He also highlighted the role of GDC Baramulla in this reagard.
PRI Member, Zia ul Islam brought into public domain about the new initiatives in panchayat Raj system. He shared his experience as a member of PRI . He appreciated the role of institution in ensuring transparency and accountable in terms of process and procedures. He said that governance has improved over the last few years .
Emerging Young Entrepreneur , Suhaib Ahmad shared his key insights on how he build his carrier as an entrepreneur and how after 12th standard he has taken technical and skill based education as primary priority. He said that we must contribute both at an individual level as well as at societal level due to better entrepreneur ecosystem with Employment as a main thrust. He said how we can explore the potential of emerging technologies in business fields.
The event witness an long Question -Answer session whereby youngsters get to know from District administration about various youth oriented efforts and how can they be beneficial for them .
The event was concluded with the speech of Chairman "SYSF, wajahat Farooq Bhat where he highlighted the significance of new education policy in terms of skill enhancement; role of district administration in building a well functioning entrepreneur ecosystem; youth engagement through various channels . He bring into public about the role of Youth in building a better and prosperous J&K for our common future. He said that in the wake of new emerging trends we are committed to provide platform to all aspiring youth of J&k who are willing to contribute for the upliftemt of society. Mr Wajahat Farooq also retrieted that Save Youth Save Future organization strives to ensure public-administration coordination for a larger cause of common Good .
