"Save Youth Save Future" Foundation Celebrates International Women's Day at KCEF Law College Pulwama

Pulwama, March 08:
International Women's Day, celebrated annually on 8th March, was marked with a special program organized by the "Save Youth Save Future" (SYSF) Foundation, an NGO based in Pulwama. The event was held at KCEF Law College, Pulwama, and witnessed the participation of people from various walks of life.

The event focused on women's rights and the role of women in building a just and balanced society. Eminent personalities including Sarfaraz Ahmad (KAS), Tahir Wani (KAS), and Syed Nigeen (activist) were present as guests on the occasion. While addressing the audience, the speakers emphasized the importance of upholding women’s rights and the collective responsibility of society in ensuring equality and dignity for women.

Mr. Mudasir Ahmad Dar, Zonal President South Kashmir of SYSF, while speaking on the occasion, said:

“International Women's Day is meant to uphold feminist values, to celebrate the great achievements of women, and to recognize the contributions they have made to the nation as well as to the world. It is also a day to spread awareness about health-related issues affecting women.”

As part of the celebration, several women were felicitated by the organizers for their commendable contributions in the fields of culture, sports, and education. The event was held in collaboration with the Law Circle.

Furthermore, the "Save Youth Save Future" Foundation reiterated its commitment to empowering young and aspiring individuals across various professions and providing them with platforms to showcase their talents and skills.
