“Save Youth Save Future” Participates in Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at Baramulla
On Sunday, 17th March 2019, District Administration Baramulla, in collaboration with the Municipal Council Baramulla and "Save Youth Save Future," launched a cleanliness drive as part of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at Government High School Khwajabag Baramulla.
The event was inaugurated by DC Baramulla Dr. G.N. Itoo, in the presence of District Information Officer Ch. Mudasir Hussain, Chairman Municipal Council Omar Kakroo, Chairman of "Save Youth Save Future" Wajahat Farooq Bhat, and other district officials.
Forty dedicated volunteers from the SYSF team enthusiastically took part in cleaning the Government High School and its adjoining areas, contributing actively to the cause of a cleaner and healthier environment.
Speaking to the media, DC Baramulla praised the Municipal Council and the Save Youth Save Future team for their spirited participation. He emphasized that this initiative will be continued in a phased manner to cover more areas under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan across the Baramulla district.
