J&K Save Youth Save Future organized the grand finale of the Malpora Premier League at Malpora, Baramulla today. The event was graced by the presence of Chairman Mr. Wajahat Farooq Bhat as the Chief Guest, along with Joint Secretary Mr. Afaq Bhat and other esteemed members of the organization.
The final cricket match featured a thrilling contest between Royal Cricket Club Sheeri and Malpora Star Narwaw, with Royal Cricket Club Sheeri emerging victorious by 43 runs. This tournament saw the participation of 22 teams from various areas of Block Narwaw, with a total of 21 matches played leading up to the final.
At the conclusion of the festival, Chairman Mr. Wajahat Farooq Bhat and Joint Secretary Mr. Afaq Bhat distributed trophies to the winners and runners-up, awarded the Man of the Match and Man of the Series, and handed out medals to all the participants who reached the finals.
Mr. Wajahat Farooq Bhat emphasized the importance of organizing such festivals to engage the youth in positive and constructive activities. He further stated that for the successful organization of these events, a peaceful environment is essential.
He added, “Peaceful situations arise from peaceful dialogues and meetings. Our leaders and governments must come together to resolve the ongoing issues. Let’s join hands to motivate and empower our youth for a brighter and better future.”
