It is a matter of great pride to say that the 28th of February, 2018, was a glorious day, as J&K "Save Youth Save Future" held its first convention at Shirwani Hall, Baramulla. The convention focused on the theme: "The Kashmiri Youth — A Dialogue Within."
The event was led by Chairman Mr. Wajahat Farooq Bhat, and the entire gathering was honored by the presence of distinguished Chief Guest, SSP Baramulla, Mr. Imtiyaz Hussain. Other esteemed guests included the Principal of JNV Baramulla, the Principal of GHSS Baramulla, Kashmir Crown Head Shahid Imran, representatives from JK Against Corruption (Kashmir Division), Mr. Omar Kakroo, and several others.
All the speakers, including the respected Chief Guest Mr. Imtiyaz Hussain, spoke passionately about the betterment of Kashmiri youth. A live dialogue was held with the public and youth, focusing on possible solutions to the Kashmir issue — with the hope that the future of Kashmiri youth can be bright, and that Kashmir can move forward shoulder to shoulder with the rest of the world.
